The company has two analysis laboratories, one for each production plant, with qualified personnel, specialized in carrying out all the checks and verifications necessary to ensure the quality of the product.
All the production and bottling phases are steadily monitored by our staff and some specific steps are subjected to the rigorous supervision of automated control systems.
The quality system is centralised in the head quarter in Cazzano di Tramigna. The quality manager organises and simplifies the internal processes and so represents a point of reference who streamlines the procedures and methods; interprets and translates into company rules the guideline of the more well-known quality systems; monitors the uniform application of these rules to the production processes.
The compliance with the requirements of the quality management systems in food production results in:
